1.Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this site or participating in the Kizzy Biggest Wildest Cash promotion (the "Promotion"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, Rules & Disclaimer (these "Terms") and by the official rules published in the app and on this site. If you do not agree, do not participate.

2.Nature of the Promotion

The Promotion is a prize campaign layered on top of Kizzy's casino games, offered for entertainment and promotional purposes. It rewards real, settled casino wagering activity during the campaign window. The Promotion itself is not a separate financial product, security, investment, fund, yield product, or token sale. Placing bets on Kizzy is a wagering activity subject to Kizzy's own terms; participate only where lawful for you.

You access the site and participate on your own volition. No one is required or induced by Kizzy to place any bet, to acquire any token, or to take any financial action.

3.No financial advice; no recommendation

Nothing on this site or in connection with the Promotion constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice, or a recommendation, endorsement, offer, or solicitation to buy, sell, hold, or transact in any token, digital asset, or other instrument, including any partner token that may later be referenced. References to tokens, pools, points, multipliers, or "boosts" describe campaign mechanics only and must not be relied upon for any financial decision. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

4.No purchase of any token necessary

If a partner-token "boost" is offered, holding that token may increase the points you earn, but acquiring it is not required to participate and is never a payment to Kizzy. Any decision to acquire, hold, or dispose of any token is your own independent decision, made through third parties of your choosing, entirely at your own risk. Kizzy is not a party to, and is not responsible for, any such transaction.

5.No wallet connection; read-only on-chain checks

Kizzy will never ask you to connect a wallet, sign a transaction, grant a token approval, or share your private keys or seed phrase in connection with the Promotion. Any boost eligibility is determined solely by reading publicly available on-chain balances for the wallet address you deposit from, at snapshot times chosen by Kizzy. Kizzy never takes custody of, or the ability to move, your funds. Never share your seed phrase or private keys with anyone.

6.Assumption of risk

Betting involves risk of loss. Digital assets are volatile and speculative and may lose all value. You understand and accept all risks associated with wagering, with holding or transacting in digital assets, and with participating in the Promotion. Any token or prize values referenced are estimates only and change continuously with the market.

7.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or older where a higher age applies to you) and a Kizzy player to participate. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation, and your betting, are lawful in your jurisdiction, and you must not participate where doing so would be unlawful. Kizzy may require verification of identity, age, and eligibility at any time.

8.How the Promotion works

During the campaign, cumulative real, settled casino volume on Kizzy feeds a single prize pool that starts at a guaranteed $5,000 and grows in $2,000 steps as volume crosses $250,000 milestones, up to a maximum of $15,000. The pool meter counts casino volume only; PvP bets do not feed the meter.

Your leaderboard rank is based on points, not raw volume. Points equal your wagers multiplied by each game's points multiplier (higher-hold games carry higher multipliers; multipliers may be tuned during the race, with any change announced on Discord first). At race end, the entire USD prize pool is split among the top five by points at 50% / 25% / 12.5% / 7.5% / 5%. Separately, a partner-token drop is shared among 40 winners drawn from everyone who placed at least a minimum amount of eligible settled bets during the race. Kizzy sets this minimum and may adjust it and not publicly disclose it, to deter throwaway accounts. Players who finish in the top five on the leaderboard are not eligible for the drop, so it spreads to the rest of the flock. The token drop is funded by Kizzy and a partner and does not come out of, or reduce, the USD prize pool; it is a bonus. One entry per account.

Only real, settled bets count. Voided, reversed, and cashed-out bets do not count. The official rules published in the app and on this site describe the current mechanics, dates, multipliers, and exclusions and are incorporated into these Terms; if there is any conflict, Kizzy's determination controls.

9.Boost eligibility and integrity

Where a token boost applies, the wallet you provide must be the same wallet you deposit to Kizzy from, must be linked to only one Kizzy account, and must have made at least one qualifying deposit. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or "game" the Promotion (including splitting holdings or wagering across multiple wallets or accounts, multi-accounting, sybil behavior, collusion, bonus abuse, or other abuse) will result in disqualification of all of your linked accounts. Kizzy's determinations regarding eligibility, points, boosts, winners, and disqualification are final and binding.

10.Prizes

Leaderboard prizes are paid in USD, and token-drop prizes are paid in the partner token, sent directly to your own wallet, normally within 48 hours of settlement and verification. Displayed pool and prize figures are indicative and update with campaign volume; final USD amounts are fixed at race end, and token values fluctuate continuously with the market. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash-alternative unless Kizzy states otherwise. Kizzy may, in its sole discretion, substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, and may withhold, reject, or revoke any prize in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, ineligibility, or violation of these Terms. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges arising from a prize.

11.Right to modify, suspend, cancel, or disqualify

Kizzy reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, with or without notice, to change, suspend, shorten, extend, or cancel the Promotion in whole or in part; to modify these Terms, the rules, the mechanics, the multipliers, the prize pool, or the prizes; and to disqualify or remove any participant for any reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, multi-accounting, or violation of these Terms. Kizzy is not liable for any such action.

12.No affiliation; third-party marks

Game, studio, network, and token names, logos, and other marks (including BGaming, Monad, and any partner token that may be referenced) are the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion is for identification of campaign mechanics only and does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation beyond any relationship expressly stated. Kizzy is not responsible for, and makes no representations about, any third-party game, token, project, protocol, or website.

13.Information you provide

To verify eligibility and deliver prizes, Kizzy uses your Kizzy account details and, where a boost applies, the wallet address you deposit from. On-chain balances and activity are public information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information associated with your account.

14.Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the Promotion are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Kizzy does not warrant that the site, snapshots, volume figures, points, or calculations will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. On-chain reads and data feeds may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.

15.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kizzy and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, assets, tokens, wagers, or value, arising out of or related to the Promotion, your participation, your betting, your token holdings, market price movements, or any technical or other error, whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

16.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kizzy and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your participation in the Promotion, your use of the site, or your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law.

17.Responsible gaming

Betting should be fun, not a way to make money. Only play with funds you can afford to lose, set limits for yourself, and take breaks. This Promotion must never be a reason to bet more than you otherwise would. If gambling stops being fun, or you feel you may have a problem, stop and seek help; support is available through organizations such as GamCare (gamcare.org.uk) and BeGambleAware (begambleaware.org), and through Kizzy's in-app responsible-gaming tools where available. Underage participation is strictly prohibited.

18.General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Kizzy's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the official rules and Kizzy's platform terms, are the entire agreement between you and Kizzy regarding the Promotion.

19.Changes to these terms

Kizzy may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
